Our purpose

Like a solid Roman viaduct, we guide organizations, teams and individuals from the actual to their desired state over various obstacles through a sustainable connection (via) in a hands-on manner (doo). This way, we make change work!

Our mission

As the human side of transformation, we actively support individuals in embracing change and adopting new behaviors intrinsically. With innovative AI and a human-centered methodology, we help leaders and teams stabilize performance, change mindsets and build mutual trust.

With our change management and change communications services, we make a significant contribution to reducing productivity losses, lowering unplanned fluctuation of skilled workers and flattening the change curve (see viadoo Change Integral).

Our Heritage: How it all started

One purpose since 2004

The roots of viadoo Change Guides’ heritage date back to 2004, when the communications consultancy DFKOM GmbH was founded. Since then, we have been supporting SMEs and global DAX-listed companies in explanation-intensive industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive with the entire spectrum of communication services. Our focus has always been on actively helping our customers to successfully implement their change projects. At that time, these changes primarily included globalization, international cooperation, and Industry 4.0.

From DFKOM to viadoo

Since 2015, we have been offering services as viadoo GmbH that build on those of DFKOM. This is because we have recognized the importance of human dynamics for the success of change projects in countless customer projects. Communication is still a central aspect, but it is not the only one. What is crucial is an understanding of social & emotional aspects in such projects and processes. That is why we have evolved as a company to become a leading specialist in the strategic planning and successful management of change projects.

Today, our team uniquely combines certified change management expertise with multimedia storytelling expertise and operational change leadership experience with a high level of methodological competence. All based on our more than 20 years of experience.
