Sensitization & risk management prior to a major military change
How two Armed Forces Commands prepared for DEMAR – a new set of regulations and…

Since 2004, we at viadoo Change Guides have been expert partners to OEMs and suppliers in the aerospace industry. Whether they are SMEs or DAX-listed corporations. We are fascinated by the fact that this is one of the most innovative and, at the same time, one of the most heavily regulated industries in the world. We are also impressed by how the aerospace industry has repeatedly managed to emerge stronger from major crises, such as the attacks of September 11, 2001, and the coronavirus pandemic.
We support our customers in overcoming their challenges with strategic planning and successful management of change and communication projects. These challenges currently include, among others:

EASA Part-21 Design and Production organizations as well as EASA Part-145 Maintenance organizations must implement and operate a robust Safety Management System (SMS). And EASA recommends to use Change Management tools to do so. But EASA, LuftVG, LBA, LufABw or DEMAR regulations wouldn’t give any further details. That is why Accountables, Safety Managers, SRB / SAG members in the aerospace industry trust the Change Management and Change Communications expertise of viadoo Change Guides.
The aerospace industry is an early adopter of artificial intelligence (AI), digital twins, and other technologies. However, the desired benefits of digital tools only materialize when companies actively involve their employees in relevant decisions, alleviate their fears of losing their jobs or becoming obsolete, and establish a culture of cross-departmental cooperation. When it comes to overcoming these human factors, organizations in the aerospace industry rely on viadoo Change Guides. We plan systematically, develop concepts, and implement them actively and agilely.
The consolidation of the aerospace industry in Europe started over 25 years ago and is still going on. But the expected synergies of M&A can only be realized if employees are kept informed in a transparent way and actively partizipate in the integration. This requires communication, social psychology, and other disciplines. That is precisely why companies in the aerospace industry trust the expertise of viadoo Change Guides for the strategic planning and successful management of their Post Merger Integration.
Even large corporations in the aerospace industry need temporary external support for their internal change communication. They then use the expertise of viadoo Change Guides to jointly develop and implement the change communications strategy for managers and employees. In such cases, we are responsible for creating the change narrative and prepare internal dialogue formats. In addition, we act as an interface to internal function holders such as heads of transformation, heads of change management, and heads of internal communications.
