In just four hours, this high-impact seminar provides executives and senior program leads in the defense industry with crucial insight into how change actually happens inside military institutions. Military clients today are undergoing deep, cross-service transformation. If your team doesn’t understand the rules of military change, you risk implementation slowdowns, sponsor disengagement, project delays due to staff rotation, loss of trust and credibility. Your competitive edge lies in knowing how to partner with the military – not just sell to them. This seminar gives you that edge. So book your seat today and secure your strategic advantage!

Kotter’s ``people first`` method tailored for the military
»The only thing harder than getting a new idea into the military mind is to get an old one out.« (Captain B. H. Liddell Hart)
In the defense industry, success isn’t just about cutting-edge technology or precise project execution. It’s about working hand-in-hand with military organizations – institutions with rigid hierarchies, complex approval paths, and deeply ingrained traditions.
If you’re leading programs in digitalization, procurement, logistics, sustainment, or AI integration for the armed forces, you already know:
- Transformation in the military is not business as usual.
- Resistance is systemic, not personal.
- The pace of change depends on cultural acceptance not just on your roadmap.
John P. Kotter’s “Eight Steps to Change” have become part of the US Army doctrine and culminate in an approach that is clearly “people first.” Military leaders in the German Armed Forces can also voluntarily undergo training based on Kotter’s method. That is why we will decode it in this Seminar through the specific lens of military transformation.
