For change to be successful, it is crucial that executives engage in intensive dialogue with those affected throughout the entire process. This is the only way to build trust, engage employees, reduce resistance to change, and promote transparency and accountability. It is the only way to reduce productivity losses, prevent the exodus of skilled workers and flatten the change curve.
Executives usually turn to their (internal) communications department for central support in communicating with their staff. However, the additional and time-consuming communication required during a change or transformation process often exceeds the available human resources. In such cases, we take care of the transformation communication on an interim and project-specific basis.
