What we analyze in the early stages of a change initiative
At the beginning of every change initiative, we at viadoo not only analyse its functional and technical aspects, but also evaluate the people and the organization. Therefore, among other things, we use special tools to conduct several surveys among managers and employees. These include, in particular, a Resilience Check and a Change Readiness Check. The assessments are part of our integrated four-phase model and are exclusive to our customers.
